Processing: soft pressing of the grapes. There is controlled temperature of wort fermentation to preserve the scents and tastes of passerina’s grapes

Colour: pale yellow

Bouquet: floral with notes of exotic fruits

Taste: fresh, intense and persistent

Production area: Montalto Marche and surroundings

Vineyard: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet

Soil: medium mixture with tendency of claysh

Processing: the wine-making has made with sapient combination of three different grapes, keeping in consideration of their different steps of maturation to preserve and exalt the smells and flavors of each vineyard. The aging wine is made in barriques and tonneaux never less 18 months .

Colour: intense ruby red

Bouquet: intense and persistent, with characteristics scent of red berry fruits , licorice and green pepper. After aging there are scents of vanilla

Taste: dried, warm, smooth, right in tannins and slightly bitter

Processing: The wine-making of the two wine varietal has done separately. The fermentation is made with the maceration over the peels and lasts never less 18 days at controlled temperature

Bouquet: intense, persistent and fruity

Taste: dried, warm, full-bodied

Production area: restricted area of Ascoli Piceno

Vineyard: Montepulciano and Sangiovese

Processing: maceration of the grapes is done in red at controlled temperature

Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections

Bouquet: intense, fruity like a marmalade and spicy

Taste: dry, smooth, right in tannins, warm and persistent

Soil: seashore origin, medium mixture with high touch of clay and sand

Processing: hand made grape harvest. Soft pressing cleansing of the wort and filtration with stop of fermentation

Bouquet: intense and aromatic, delicate

Taste: sweet, almost fresh and savory. Long persistation
