Processing: the fermentation happens in contact with the peels, the maceration lasts for 15 days

Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections

Bouquet: intense, persistent, full of scents of mature red fruits

                                                      Taste: first winy fruity than floral fruity

Processing: destalking pressing (treading) and maceration are made at controlled temperature for about 15 days, in the first 3 days there is a deletage

                                                     Taste: full, dried, harmonic, right in tannins
